Returns Policy

At Rustic Barn Candle and Bath, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products unless they are damaged during shipping.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used candles, wax melts, room sprays, reed diffusers, bath products, or body care items.

How to Report Damaged Items

  1. Please contact us at customercare@rusticbarncandleandbath.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the damage.  

  2. Include clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.

  3. We will respond within 1–2 business days to assist with a resolution.

Approval and Replacement Process

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item(s).

  • Once the damaged goods are received and inspected, we will ship a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
